Track Your Order

Every Pettypurse order ships with tracking. Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with, or the tracking number from your shipping email, to see where your parcel is right now.

• Where is my tracking number? In the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as your order leaves us. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
• No updates yet? Tracking can take a day or two to show the first scan after the label is created.
• Need help? Contact us with your order number and a real person will look into it, usually within 24 hours.
