We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, color rendering varies between devices, and we cannot guarantee that your display will show colors accurately.

Stock and availability:

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

IMPORTANT - Please read carefully before purchase.

Our custom stickers are designed for cosmetic application to credit and debit cards. By purchasing and using our stickers, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Application risks:

  • Application of stickers may affect the physical condition of your card, including potential for wear, residue, or cosmetic changes
  • Stickers may affect card readability at certain terminals, ATMs, or contactless readers
  • Some card issuers, banks, or merchants may reject or not accept cards with stickers applied
  • Stickers may interfere with chip readers if improperly applied

Customer responsibility:

  • You are responsible for verifying with your card issuer whether stickers are permitted on your card before applying
  • You apply stickers to your card at your own risk
  • You are responsible for any consequences arising from the use of a sticker-modified card, including declined transactions, inability to use the card at ATMs or terminals, or the need to replace the card
  • Pettypurse is not responsible for any fees your bank may charge to replace a card

Liability limitation for card stickers: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pettypurse is not liable for:

  • Damage to credit, debit, or other payment cards resulting from sticker application
  • Service denials or transaction refusals by merchants, banks, or ATMs
  • Replacement costs, late payment fees, or interest charges resulting from a card becoming unusable
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from sticker use

This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding defective products (stickers that fail to perform their intended cosmetic function as described). If you receive a defective sticker, please see our [Return & Refund Policy].

Section 15 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pettypurse, its officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
  • Your misuse of our products contrary to provided instructions

This indemnification obligation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Pettypurse regarding the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby Pettypurse provides you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence of consumers located outside Germany.

For consumers in the EU: You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection law of that country applies.

For consumers outside the EU: The courts of Germany shall have jurisdiction, but this does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer protection law where applicable.
